Abiola Tayo – Oyetibo
Abiola Tayo-Oyetibo has been in legal practice for 35 years and is the Partner (General Management) of the Firm. She heads the Firm’s Regulatory Compliance and Business Advisory Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm in 2010 as Partner, she worked in the legal department of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc where she had, over the course of her twenty-one years with the bank, gained significant experience in, amongst other areas, debt recovery and various local and international corporate and commercial transactions involving large volume credit facilities and guarantees.
Mrs. Tayo-Oyetibo regularly advises local and international clients on investments in several areas of the Nigerian economy and takes the lead role in the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate matters. She has been recognised by The Legal 500 as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in Nigeria. Mrs. Tayo-Oyetibo is a Certified Trainer in Elocution, Public Speaking, Grammar, Communication and Soft skills
